The World Card Making Day/Mad Hatter Day

The gals over at Bombshell Stamps are participating in The World Card Making Day and combining it with Mad Hatter Day.   The challenge went out to the design team to make a project for the Bombshell Blog.

The helmet is from Vintage Motorcylces in honor of Mad Hatter Day and the bike itself is from Harley Bikes.   Both images are colored with Copics.  The greeting is from the Vintage Motorcycles set, heat embossed.  Shading with Distress inks.  Embossed silver cardstock using a Tim Holtz embossing folder.  Misc. ribbon.

Angled shot to show some of the dimension.   I actually stamped and colored on the card base which is unusual for me.

Here's the inside of the card.

Supplies
Stamps:  Bombshell Stamps (Vintage Motorcycle and Harley Bikes)
Ink: Memento Ink (Tuxedo Black - card front), Tim Holtz (Shading and motorcycle on the inside), Stampin Up Craft Ink (Black - for greeting)
Coloring: Copic Markers
Paper: Stampin' Up Cardstock (Crumb Crake, Very Vanilla), Neenah (for helmet), misc silver paper
Tools: Tim Holz embossing folder, Martha Stewart large corner rounder, EK Success small corner rounder
Accents: Ribbon, embossing powder (for greeting)

    1. Yes. The stamps are by Bombshell Stamps. They have great motorcycle and hot rod car images. Thank you for all of the great comments. You're motivating me to get some more cards done and posted.
